The latter is more important than the former. Extract with really fast pipes, into a chest which is importing into RS. Put the crafter on a chest, with really fast pipes. Use faster methods with buffer in and outs to cope with this. Check linked storage and item will NOT be there. Word of warning, the mystical agriculture furnace at top tier is fast.Take item out through Grid then put it right back.Set priority on External Storage higher than 0.When I insert any of the items that are in the storage drawers into my grid, they automatically go into the drawer. I then use an external storage part to connect it to my RS system. So, I set up for myself a quantum quarry, this pumps items into a set of storage drawers with a drawer controller. Connect Disk Drive and External Storage linked to storage block on the network. Need help with Refined Storage External storage.Items should be routed to the correct storage based on priority. ![]() All you are doing in this situation is whitelisting 'Filter'. They are used in the Grids to filter the display of items. Did not used to have this problem in previous versions. Make sure you didn't accidently change the Import/Export setting in the External Storage and that you have enough space in your drawers. I'm able to read the contents of the storage just fine but no items will go back to these storage blocks even though the priority on the External Storage is set to 10 and my Disk Drive is set to 0. I've tried the Drawer Controller from Storage Drawers, the Small Storage Crate from Actually Additions, and even a vanilla Chest. I dont believe the RS exporters/external storages can do damage filters, but EnderIO advanced conduits can. Kills the fun.External Storage doesn't seem to be using the priority I've set at all. Hope you consider these options as this is kinda a game breaking bug. Refined storage priorities are backwards According to the RS wiki, a higher number for priority makes the storage a higher priority: Priority. One more big plus would be a button to automatically export everything from the disks, so I don't have to set up a bunch of exporters every time I build some drawers for items I have a shitton of. ![]() What about a quick fix of adding a button to ignore capacity and just try to export the things anyways? I mean it works for exporters, but I can't whitelist all the items in one exporter (maybe an exporter with like 10 rows?). ![]() Especially with a void upgrade (that should mean infinite capacity from the rs system's point of view). Confirmed that the External Storage block has higher priority than. ![]() What Ive tried: Wiring the cable to the Storage Controller rather than the Slave. When breaking the Fluid Storage Block, the fluids that it holds persist, so you won’t lose any of your fluids. Refined Storage can see the inventory, but the controller isnt pulling RF to power it, and if I add inventory to the grid it stores to the local drive rather than moving it to the drawers. It is similar to the Fluid Storage Disk, but can be placed in the world. I don't expect a real fix soon, as it would be really difficult to calculate the actual capacity of a set of compacting drawers. The Fluid Storage Block is a block that provides the system with storage. This is not just an asthetic problem, because the system doesn't even try to export the incoming items into the drawers, so the disks are filled with ingots and stuff in minutes. I have the same with Storage Drawers, especially the compacting drawers.
